LexSource is the technology arm of Marsha Redmon Communications, a legal training and consulting practice. LexSource has grown from Marsha’s deep involvement with legal marketing and lawyer development for 17 years.
In response to law firm needs and client requests, the technology products and services of LexSource have been created to serve law firms with four products/services:

Marsha Redmon, Esq.
CEO + Founder
Marsha Redmon is the founder of LexSource, the company behind LexTrack. It is the technology arm of Marsha Redmon Communications, a legal training and consulting practice. LexSource has grown from Marsha’s deep involvement with legal marketing and lawyer development for 17 years.
Marsha has a degree in Broadcast Communications from Wheaton College and a J.D. from the University of San Diego Law School. She practiced law at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and a women-owned litigation firm.
George Dimitoglou, Ph.D
George is responsible for establishing the technical vision and leading all aspects of technology development for LexSource.
Before LexSource, George spent fifteen years in the technology industry, government and academia. As a member of a NASA science mission, he worked on the design and implementation of large databases and systems to archive and distribute images and data from a satellite observing the Sun to scientists around the world.
George holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the School of Engineering & Applied Science of The George Washington University. He is the recipient of a Mission Contribution Award from the European Space Agency and a NASA Goddard Space Flight Center National Resource Award. George is a member of the ACM, the IEEE and the Mathematical Association of America.
IT Systems & Operations
Irin is responsible for LexSource operations and the coordination of activities of our data team. She acts as the lead and liaison with our clients for data on-boarding, integration services and product support. Before joining LexSource, Irin worked as an operations, logistics, and project manager in various technology companies
such as Rettig Warme and Computel. She holds two degrees, a BA in Information Systems and a BA in Economics and Management, both from the Russian State Technological University and has completed graduate coursework at the University of Maryland College Park in the Information Management program. She lives in Germantown Maryland.
Anu is responsible for the end-to-end handling of massive amounts of data related to onboarding, results, and everything in between. She joined LexSource after five years of working in software development and IT project management. Anu moved to the Washington, DC area after stints in Atlanta, Georgia and Parsippany, New Jersey. Aside from being a mathematics wizard, she is the most well travelled person in the office.
Tammy is responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of our data products. As the leader of the LexLists data team, she works as our liaison with publishers. Before joining LexSource, Tammy worked as a science and engineering educator in Maryland and, after moving to the WestCoast, for the Electronic Frontier Foundation in San Francisco. She holds a BS in Journalism & Public Relations and a Master’s in Education, both from the University of Maryland. Now back in Maryland, the transition was fairly easy to make as Maryland winters are only slightly colder than San Francisco summers.

Sumayyah is a member of our data and quality assurance team. Her primary responsibilities are with LexTrack and client on-boarding although she is also experienced with LexLists data support. She holds a BA in Psychology, a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Maryland College Park
