The submission process for International Financial Law Review (IFLR) awards is quite different from the other major legal directories. Fortunately, we have the inside scoop provided to us by an IFLR editor.

Most importantly, the deadline for submissions is December 1, 2016 and they must be emailed to James Wilson. According to IFLR, “Submissions for deals that close after that date but before the end of the year must be received by January 5 [2017]. This deadline is strictly for these deals only.”

Awards will be given in three categories: Deals of the Year, Team of the Year, and National Law Firms of the Year. Each category has a specific form required for submissions. See the full list of categories and subcategories below.
